02 Rekkari
02 Rekkari is a new online vehicle registration search service. You can find out the registration information of a vehicle and the contact information of its owner or holder - easily, quickly and reliably. You can also search for a vehicle price estimate based on actual selling prices of similar vehicles.

In early 2020, we started designing the vehicle search service from scratch. I was appointed the lead designer for the project, so I was responsible for communicating and collaborating with the client throughout initial design phases.
We formulated the core user journey with wireframes, built the design system in Figma, and started increasing the fidelity and depth of the designs as the process progressed.
This project turned into a continuous product design role for me after the MVP was designed; I still work as the main UX/UI designer in the product team, just like I do for 02 Taksi.

This has been a very good learning experience in design leadership, creating and managing a design library and.. well, just product design as a whole. It was a new product created from scratch after all.
Another learning angle has been data-driven product management. I’ve been closely working with the product owners and seeing real life data on user funnels and conversion rates. Continuous improvement and problem solving.
The illustration at the home page changes based on selected vehicle type.
Adding a little spice by including real licence plate designs and illustrations in headers for each vehicle type.

Price estimate UI. One goal of 02 Rekkari is to be informative and teach the user about what the provided information means for a car owner. Tooltips have an important role in this, for example.
